Birth to Three

 

Our nursery ministry provides a safe, loving environment where children experience church as a place of God’s nurture and care. The nursery is staffed by trained workers who are certified in CPR.

Preschool

 

Our preschool ministry offers Sunday School, Godly Play (a Montessori-based children’s worship program), Sunday night music and worship education, recreation and crafts, as well as annual Vacation Bible School.

Elementary

 

Our elementary ministry offers Sunday School, Worship Readiness (to prepare elementary schoolers to worship in our sanctuary service), music and worship education, recreation and crafts, as well as annual Vacation Bible School.

Youth

Middle and High School

 

We offer Sunday School, Confirmation (7th and 8th graders), Sunday Night Bible Study, Monthly Mid-week fellowship, Presbytery Retreats and Camp at Living River, Montreat Youth

Conferences, various service events throughout the year, as well as opportunities to engage in leadership throughout the church as volunteers with Vacation Bible School, worship leadership, and service projects.

UKirk Auburn

 

UKirk Presbyterian Campus Ministry welcomes students from any local universities and colleges, including graduate students, to participate in our community. Throughout the school year, UKirk provides opportunities for worship, study, service, fellowship, and lots of good food provided by the First Presbyterian congregation!

UKirk's program includes:

  • Sunday morning worship with First Presbyterian Church

  • Sunday night dinner and Bible study

  • Fellowship and community-building events

  • Intramural sports through Auburn University

  • Service projects, worship leadership opportunities, and participation in the ministries of First Presbyterian Church

  • Annual Montreat College Conference

Our Presbyterian Women’s Circles meet at day and evening times from September to May to study the denominational curriculum for Presbyterian Women. Our Women’s Faith Exploration group meets weekly during the lunch hour on Wednesdays. Participants are

invited to bring their lunch for this time of fellowship and study. The group selects various topics and books to discuss throughout
